'The Darkest Dip' Winter Solstice 24 Hour Dip June 21st -22nd 2025

A collaboration between Cold Nips, Add Goodness and the Happiness Co Foundation, it’s the longest cold-water immersion event that will see teams rotate their dippers over their one-hour timeslot. Being the longest and darkest night of the year, we’re shining a light on the challenges felt by those experiencing mental health struggles while raising funds for the Happiness Co Foundation.
