Julian brought Happiness Co to life in 2017 and has made it his mission to make the world a happier place ever since – a tribute to his family and others going through life’s challenges whilst overcoming hurdles and dark periods.

GENERAL MANAGER

Robbie worked in team dynamics and culture as a national manager and facilitator for over 10 years. He developed several nationally successful programs in that time. He brings a range of valuable skills as well as a passion for helping change lives and instil workplace happiness. His expertise in client relationships has expanded the brand immensely.

Priya Ann Suppiah

Business Support Manager

Loyal, loving, and fierce, Priya is the charismatic Business Support Manager and Executive Assistant to Julian Pace. Priya is a diplomatic and helpful team-player, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to breakdown cross-cultural communication barrier.

Christy Crafford

Marketing Coordinator

Christy is wonderfully approachable and keen to contribute positively to the community and as Happiness Co’s Marketing Co-ordinator. Bringing a strategic vision to the brand that has been built over 4 years, Christy hopes to ensure the legacy of our message around impact, kindness, contribution, and community is strong for the future. Christy has worked with a variety of brands with a focus on content marketing, social media, and communication strategy.

JEZ ORBE

Graphic Designer

Jez is a digital nomad designer based in the Philippines, with a passion for visual arts. His passion extends to a talent which has led to many awards in design and photography in both local and national arenas. After working on his first job in a print and online publishing agency, Jez reconnected with his first passion; design, and now focuses on working with brands such as Happiness Co to help them grow.

Brayden Ainsworth

Youth Mental Health Officer

Brayden has spent the last four years in the AFL system with the West Coast Eagles, giving him the opportunity to expand his leadership and team collaboration skills. Being a value-driven team player, Brayden has a thorough understanding of discipline, humility and authenticity and applies it in everything he takes on. With a keen interest on the mental health aspects associated with elite performance, he will be bringing a unique skillset to the Happiness Co team. His role as our Youth Mental Health Officer is particularly important to us as we endeavour to reach this demographic more in 2022.
