Trek to Move Mental Mountains

Hi Carla. Firstly – thank you so much for the workshops at the Yallingup Wellness Retreat! I got so much more than I anticipated out of them. Believe it or not, even started a journaling routine for myself at home – which I’m absolutely loving – so thank you.

It was a really nice time and space to connect with other RTP women I didn’t know. The whole day was really lovely, the engagement sessions were well run and allowed for the team to share themselves authentically in a safe space. I really enjoyed the women’s circle…I appreciated the genuine and authentic shares from the women present. The treatments all felt amazing, it was such a relaxing experience, I walked out of there feeling recharged and energised. It was amazing, such an enjoyable experience.

The Men’s Retreat was a great day…have already recommended it to friends. I was nervous to start with as wasn’t sure what to expect from each type of activity, but then as session went on it was very relaxing and informative.

I recently attended the Men’s Retreat at the Mindbody Lounge, in collaboration with Happiness Co and WPN, which was a great way to finish up Men’s Health week. Julian, Brayden and the entire team were so welcoming. It was empowering to get around a group of like-minded men, and see the way we all showed up for ourselves, our health and well-being, and the people around us. A morning well spent with hot and cold therapy, mindfulness techniques, breathwork and a very powerful mens circle to finish off. I took so much value out of the Men’s Retreat, and I can’t recommend their next event enough.

From the moment we entered the doors, we felt welcome. It was a calm, restful, happy space. The treatments were relaxing and refreshing and I felt in a physically good space when we moved on to the workshop. The mood and setting was perfect for an unwind session where we could reflect and contemplate our inner thoughts. The Retreat experience nurtured my mind, body and soul.

As Founder of Broken Crayons Still Colour Foundation I wanted to personally touch base with you Carla. Thank you for your dedication to my guests I wanted to spoil for Carers Week. Working in the Family Domestic Violence sector can be incredibly draining & stressful so I also felt very spoiled by yourself and your incredible team. Happiness Co gave some of our most cherished carers an amazing afternoon held at MindBody Lounge and you all went above and beyond for our wellness retreat. I couldn’t recommend this enough.
