Supporting Our Community
The Man Enough Movement
Encouraging Men to Open Up
Globally, a man dies by suicide every minute. In Australia, suicide is the single biggest killer in men aged 15 – 44. Inspired by these heart-breaking statistics, The Man Enough Movement was developed to give men the skills and tools to support them through life’s challenges. Are you man enough to ask for help or share your story?

School Happiness
Happiness For Children
Mental health and happiness education are crucial topics to teach our children. At Happiness Co, we work directly with schools, facilitating programs that talk through the tools and practices to create happier children. Building strategies for stress, unhappiness, resilience, and self-development in the early stages of a child’s life, can make a huge difference to their future happiness.
Remote & Regional Town Support
Happiness Amongst Our Rural Communities
Isolation and a loss of connection often comes hand-in-hand when living or working in remote and regional towns, and unfortunately, it can be detrimental to mental health. With higher statistics of suicide and less access to support, it’s crucial for face-to-face workshops and online programs to be available to remote and regional communities. We actively work with remote and regional towns, providing specialised happiness programs for FIFO workers.

Acts of Kindness
Spreading Smiles with Acts of Kindness
Spreading smiles can be as simple as seeing someone without a smile and giving them yours. Putting a smile on someone’s face can spread happiness like wildfire, that’s why at Happiness Co, we dedicate time throughout the year to spreading smiles through our community. With small acts of kindness, we aim to create a ripple effect and spread as much joy as possible.
Supporting the Disadvantaged
Financial Support to Access Our Programs
We believe everyone deserves to opportunity to access valuable tools and resources to unleash happiness and self-worth, no matter your financial situation. To support this, we provide access to online programs or live events at a minimal cost to those who need that little bit of extra support in trying times.
