Half Day or Full Day Packages

The Workplace Wellness Program offers an immersive, holistic approach to enhancing employee happiness and productivity. Delivered through half-day or full-day packages, participants explore carefully curated topics that address key areas of workplace wellbeing.

New topics are developed in collaboration with clients, with the added benefit of contributing to the broader community. Our team creates evidence-based content across a wide range of wellbeing areas, ensuring relevance and impact.

Each topic is brought to life with practical, actionable concepts designed to create real, lasting change – helping your team thrive, not just function.

What type of boundaries exist? Why do we need to set optimal boundaries based on our objectives? The healthiest boundaries create a simultaneous feeling of certainty and the ability to grow.

Rather than listing what people shouldn’t do, this session focuses on empowering individuals to recognise their impact on the collective. Inclusion and respect sit at the heart of every positive team culture.

Fostering a sense of belonging can ensure workplaces keep the best people for their people. Sustaining that belonging means knowing what goes into empowering people to be their authentic selves.

Our caring without carrying workshop was designed to assist team members and leaders who feel the weight of emotional burden post-conversation. These conversations could be performance, wellbeing or emotionally related.

Delivered by ex-AFL player, now Happiness Co facilitator, Brayden Ainsworth. He takes attendees through the ups and downs of the process of being paid to play a sport: the judgement, the emotions, the fear and the fulfilment challenges.

Being present is more complex than ever. Given the existing technology and environmental hurdles, this workshop is all about doing so. Mindful eating, meditation, breath work or even a simple refocus can all be helpful in this space.

We explore the different stress levels, how we can associate with these levels, and what tools and strategies to use. Facilitated by a lived experience presenter who has experienced and worked through burnout.

‘Mapping Out’ for the future: goal-setting is a positive psychology intervention that fosters direction, determination and drive. This session explores a wellbeing scale and multiple goal creation and implementation tactics.

What makes a good leader, role modelling behaviour, balancing being a supportive boss and business, team morale

This session delivers a personal insight into people’s relationships with alcohol. Educating the group with the facts and myths about alcohol allows them to make better choices towards their health and relationships. Delivered by a lived experience Grey Area Drinking Coach

Focusing on sleep hygiene, technology impacts sleep and mindfulness for effective sleep cycles, this session is a pre-emptive approach to managing fatigue.

Rather than looking to eliminate, this session ensures participants have mitigation, moderation and enjoyment at the heart of their decision-making.

Building a solid identity, running your own race, getting clear on who you want to be, living by your values

Relationships with our children are complex within an optimal environment; the shift in work lifestyle leads to difficulties with transition, home-to-site, parental role challenges and isolation issues. Our lived experience experts in this space will provide activities and tools to help parents show up better where they care.
