How to Attract the Happiness You Desire

Let’s take a pause for a second and take a step back. How are you feeling? Really?

Evaluating how happy you really are can be a hard thing to do and takes some internal reflection to determine. In this blog, we cover ways to attract the happiness that you desire.

Let’s assess!

Think about these particular areas of your life, how content you are with them AND if you want them to change in the future, what does this look like to you?

  • Personal awareness and growth

  • Family

  • Relationships

  • Career

  • Your home environment

  • Your emotional wellbeing

  • Levels of contentment

  • Feeling inspired

Try and write down your goals in these areas and create a visual mood board that helps you envision them. Put this mood board up somewhere you can see it every day!

Having a visual of what makes you happy can help you to attract what you desire.

Being aware of these internal motivators can also be a helpful way to avoid basing your happiness on external factors.

Here are some other tips to attracting happiness:

  1. Live in your own lane, don’t compare your desires or dreams to anyone else’s

  2. Let go of attachment to outcomes

  3. Put your energy into work and projects that radiate what you believe in

  4. Surround yourself with people who make you feel good

  5. Invest in your mental health

  6. Appreciate the small moments

  7. Celebrate your wins

  8. Follow your intuition

  9. Find what makes you feel good, and do it more often

  10. Stop doing things that don’t make you feel good

We hope these tips help you attract the happiness you desire! If you would like 1-1 support with anything specific, please feel free to get in touch with one of our Happiness Coaches to see if individual coaching is for you.
